Leadership

The whole institution, before the first zero.

Pharis gives leadership one view of risk, follow-up and grading by professor and by course, with what happens in the LMS every day. No reports to request.

Illustrated example, fictional data.

Dropout is decided group by group. Leadership needs to see all of them at once.

Detections go only to leadership, never to the professor. A person reviews them and decides the next step.

  • Only your institution. Each administrator account sees only its own institution's data.
  • Alerts with human judgment.Messaging alerts go only to leadership: professors teach, leadership looks out for students.
  • Trends, not snapshots.Every indicator shows how it has moved over the last 12 weeks.

A week of leadership with Pharis.

From the big picture to knowing which actions work.

  1. 1. The panel is already up to date

Risk, adoption and grading speed for every group, refreshed every morning.

  2. 2. You see which alerts have no action yet

Filter the alerts that still have no contact, so nobody is left waiting.

  3. 3. Each area gets its own

Wellbeing handles its confidential cases and Finance, the financial signals the institution shares.

  4. 4. You measure what works

Time to first contact, alerts handled and students who leave the risk list after an action.

What leadership can take for granted.

Only your institution's data

Each institution sees only its own data. Permissions are checked on every request and revoking access takes effect immediately.

Each area with what it needs

Professors, coordinators, Wellbeing and Finance see only what concerns them. Wellbeing cases are confidential.

No inflated figures

We do not present an accuracy figure that has not been measured at your institution. The model is recalibrated with your dropouts at the end of a term.

Questions from leadership

What does leadership see that a professor does not?

Every group in the institution: risk, follow-up, adoption and grading speed by professor and by course, plus risk-language alerts in messaging. Professors only see the students in their own groups.

Can we add financial information?

Yes, optionally. If the institution shares outstanding balances or late payments, they are added to the risk with a fixed, explained adjustment, and the finance team sees only what concerns them.

How do we know Pharis is working?

Every contact is logged with who, when, through which channel and how it ended. With that, Pharis measures time to first contact, alerts handled and whether the risk went down after each action.
